Sound familiar?

A capital project, equipment upgrade, or system rollout lands on an operations leader who already has a full-time job.

Vendors drift. Dates slip. Nobody owns the schedule end to end, and the plant manager is chasing emails at 9 p.m.

Veraway steps in, sets the course, and keeps the project moving.

About

I speak operations, not just project management.

I'm David Williams. For about 15 years I've worked across energy and petrochemical, utilities, manufacturing, mortgage, and community banking — including project leadership in oil and gas.

I plug in quickly, earn the trust of the people doing the work, and build structure your team can keep using after I'm gone.

Why Veraway

Veraway is named for my grandmother, Vera. Her name means truth, and the verse she always called ours was Psalm 91: "His truth shall be thy shield and buckler." Vera's way is the one I try to work by: tell the truth about where a project stands, and stay with it until it's done.
